There was an issue with the other agent the day before the scheduled inspection of my unseen condo where, due to a conflict in scheduling, the inspection had to be postponed for 1 hour. The other agent was not able attend and, even though I was scheduled to fly in for the inspection that morning, flatly refused to allow us to do it without his presence even though the homeowner was present.
The bottom line is that Eleanor was able to resolve the issue and the inspection happened on time and I am now the proud owner of a Boynton Beach condo.
